Sleeping up to 6 people The Haggard has been constructed using the top of a split level traditional old stone barn which has been beautifully restored to the highest specifications to provide kitchen, sitting room and dining room space and this now connects to a newly constructed modern 3 bedroom extension.
The entrance to the building has accessibility for wheelchair users. The new extension is built on a piece of ground which in bygone days was used to stack grain and hay commonly known as the Haggard.
While enjoying the charm of an old traditional style accommodation facility, both the old and new areas of this amenity has been tastefully decorated with ornate and modern features and appliances which add value to the enjoyment of the stay.
Within the new extension two of the bedrooms providing double beds are ensuite while the third bedroom with two single beds adjoins its own bathroom which contains a wet room. A utility room offering clothes washing facilities completes the makeup of the new extension.
The upper floor of the old stone barn has an open plan kitchen, sitting room and dining room space. The kitchen has all necessary electric appliances fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. While the sitting room with comfortable settees and a modern wood pellet burner has a 60-inch flat screen TV. The dinning room can seat 6 people at its table.
Outside there is a small patio area surrounded by old stone walls which captures the evening sunset. There is ample parking on site
