The Haggard

The Haggard is a self-catering accommodation and does not provide or arrange other services such as meals, personal laundry or transport.

Method of Payment

Booking through the website which uses Stripe.

Payment

A deposit of 20% of the total cost is due at time of booking.  Full payment at least two days prior to arrival.  Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival forfeits the full deposit amount.

Arrival and Departure

Check in time is between 15.00 and 20.00 unless prior arrangements have been made.

Check out time is by 10.00 unless prior arrangements have been made.  This is to enable the room to be prepared in time for new arrivals.  Late check out may be charged for.

Smoking

No smoking is permitted in any part of the building interior.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Security and Storage

Although reasonable steps are taken to ensure the safety and security of guests and their possessions, guests retain final responsibility for their own safety and security.  Please always keep the doors locked when the building is unoccupied and at night.  There are not safety boxes in the building.
